I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid $900 for a party sprinter and was very dissatisfied with the service. The decorations were cheap-looking and did not meet my expectations, and no cups or napkins were provided.

The driver also appeared confused about the routes and requested locations, and we did not stop at the locations that had been requested. Overall, the experience felt very unprofessionally managed and was not what I expected for the amount I paid.

I’m especially disappointed because I want to support Black-owned businesses, but experiences like this make it difficult to feel confident doing so. I hope the business takes this feedback seriously and improves its communication, planning, and overall customer service.

1 star. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience. The fact that we share the same zodiac sign does not change my expectations as a paying customer—I expected the service I paid $900 for to be handled professionally.
